Office dog-day bookings, rebuilt from a stretched-thin commerce plugin into a real system — waitlists, vaccination records, and all.
team one internal tool, deployed in production on the agency's internal aws/eks platform.
Replaces a third-party commerce workflow for bringing dogs to the office: domain-restricted magic-link auth, dog profiles with vaccination and waiver uploads (model-extracted with per-field confidence and graceful fallback to manual entry), a rolling booking calendar with a hard daily cap enforced in transactions, waitlists with auto-promotion, an admin review queue, and calendar invites. Built against an 83KB acceptance-criteria document — and the deployment surfaced a real platform-permissions gap, reported precisely enough that the platform owner fixed it the same week.

Unserious products deserve serious systems. The booking caps live in transactions, the document checks cascade, and the dogs are very happy.
