As of July 2026 I stepped into a newly designed role — Director, Product & Innovation at Team One. The same work I'd been doing, now with the title and authority to match: less time in the execution weeds, more setting direction — operationalizing AI from pilot to production, and shaping how product ownership works across teams. The center of gravity has shifted from delivery to leadership and guidance.

Senior Director or VP roles in product platforms, platform governance, or applied AI implementation — and fractional or advisory work where there is real ownership attached. What burns me out is well documented: translation without authority, innovation without ownership. What I'm looking for is the opposite of that.
